The 3-in-1 busbar processing machine integrates punching, cutting, and bending functions into a single machine, making it suitable for various copper and aluminum busbar processing requirements. Fenghua 3-in-1 busbar processing machines integrate three independent processing units for punching, cutting, and bending, covering applications from standard 160 × 16 mm busbars to large 300 × 20 mm busbars. Each processing unit is equipped with an independent hydraulic station and a large-capacity hydraulic cylinder. Depending on different processing requirements, customers can choose from 400 kN, 500 kN, and 800 kN pressure configurations.
The three processing units can operate independently or simultaneously, significantly improving busbar processing efficiency. The bending unit is controlled by a CNC system and equipped with a Siemens PLC to ensure stable bending performance, with bending accuracy controlled within ±0.2°.
The machines support the processing of copper and aluminum busbars in various specifications. For customers who require CNC automatic positioning for punching, cutting, and bending, our 3-in-1 CNC busbar processing machine series is also available.
